Liposomal TMG provides trimethylglycine (TMG), also known as betaine. This naturally occurring compound can be found in foods such as beets and spinach.
The liposomal formulation combines TMG with sunflower lecithin to create a convenient liquid format that can easily be incorporated into a daily routine.
Take 6 ml (just over one teaspoon) daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
