Apran is allowed to supply TA-65 Products to end users in Russia. Please note that there are transport costs and possibly customs costs. An order for Russia is only possible via email. For security reasons, payment can only be made by bank transfer.
Transport costs for orders from Russia were paid according to the weight:
- up to 1kg: € 31.50
- up to 2 kg: 34.75 €
- up to 5 kg: € 44.50
- up to 10kg: € 60.75.
1.2 When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered on all days except Sundays and holidays.
1.3 What is the delivery of my order?
When your order is shipped by us you will receive an email with order data. You can track your order.
1.4 Who is delivering my order?
The delivery of our products is provided by DHL, Deutsche Post or UPS. Depending on the fastest way to deliver it.
1.5 Can I track my order online?
If your package is sent, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code. If you click the link in the email, you can see where your package is located.
1.6 Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Apran.com understand that you want a discreet shipping of your purchases. Therefore, all orders shipped discreetly with just the logo of Apran.
1.7 How do I cancel my order?
It may be that you change your mind and want to cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible. We cancel the order for you and if you have already paid, we will refund the purchase amount (minus 7% payment processing and shipping costs) to your account again after receiving your return shipment with the ordered (unopened and unused) products.
1.8 Do I have warranty (guarantee)?
Apran guarantees that the products and / or services meet the contract specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability and on the date of the conclusion of the agreement existing legal provisions and / or government regulations. 1.9 Can I return my product or exchange?
At apran.com, you have 14 days to return after receiving the products. Obviously, if the product is in good condition and the sealed product packaging has not been opened. Products which are not suitable to be returned for reasons of protection of health or hygiene or which were unsealed after delivery, are not included.
Any return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, of course, unless it is a mistake on our part. You can sign a return via the email address that you can find under the "Contact" option.
After notification of the return you as soon as possible the original purchase price (minus 7% payment processing and shipping costs) from us in return. If you hold a part of the order, you will not be refunded the transportation costs. You are liable for the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which go beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. please use the form below to submit your return c.q. to cancel the agreement:
1.10 How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order by adding products on this website to your basket. When you're done, you can checkout. You can then choose to register or to log in as a guest (without registration).
After your payment, which can be done either directly online or by bank transfer afterwards, you can expect your order within the period indicated for each product.
1.11 Where is refunded my payment?
The purchase price (minus 7% payment processing and shipping costs) as soon as possible after receipt of your withdrawal and sent back returned products. If you only return a portion of your order we are forced to still charge shipping costs.
