1.1 What are the costs?
We do not charge shipping on orders over € 35 in Europe. If you place an order under € 35, then € 4.95 is charged for shipping.
1.2 When will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders no later than the next working day (Monday to Friday). When receiving your order and payment is before 13.00 your order will be shipped the same day.
1.3 When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered on all days except Sundays and holidays.
1.4 What is the delivery of my order?
As a customer, you can assume that you have in your order within 2 business days. Any delay you will be notified. When your order is shipped by us you will receive an email with order data. You can track your order.
1.5 Who is delivering my order?
The delivery of our products is provided by DHL, Deutsche Post or UPS. Depending on the fastest way to deliver it.
1.6 Can I track my order online?
If your package is sent, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code. If you click the link in the email, you can see where your package is located.
1.7 Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Apran.com understand that you want a discreet shipping of your purchases. Therefore, all orders shipped discreetly with just the logo of Apran.
1.8 How do I cancel my order?
It may be that you change your mind and want to cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible. We cancel the order for you and if you have already paid, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days to your account again after receiving your return shipment with the ordered (unopened and unused) products.
1.9 Do I have warranty (guarantee)?
Apran guarantees that the products and / or services meet the contract specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability and on the date of the conclusion of the agreement existing legal provisions and / or government regulations. 1.10 Can I return my product or exchange?
At Apran.com you upon receipt of the products 14 days to return. Within these 14 days you can return the products without giving a reason. Obviously, if the product is in good condition and the sealed product packaging has not been opened. Products which are not suitable to be returned for reasons of protection of health or hygiene or which were unsealed after delivery, are not included.
Any return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, of course, unless it is a mistake on our part. You can sign a return via the email address that you can find under the "Contact" option.
After notification of the return you as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of the original purchase price (including the original shipping) from us in return. If you hold a part of the order, you will not be refunded the transportation costs. 1.11 How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order by adding products on this website to your basket. When you're done, you can checkout. You can then choose to register or to log in as a guest (without registration).
After your payment, which can be done either directly online or by bank transfer afterwards, you can expect your order within the period indicated for each product.
1.12 Where is refunded my payment?
The purchase price including any shipping and payment costs as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal and sent back returned products. If you only return a portion of your order and the value of the products you hold less than € 40, -, then we are forced to can still bring shipping costs. This we will immediately deduct the amount we pay back to you.
