Complaints

We encourage you to tell us first about any complaints you may have by emailing us at hello@apran.com. Should that not lead to a solution, you may submit your dispute for mediation to the Webwinkelkeur Foundation.

 
From February 15th, 2016 it is possible for EU consumers to also log complaints via the ODR platform by the European Commission. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When you complaints are not managed elsewhere, then you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform.
