Freeze-dried, ground whole figs, having a slightly sweet taste with a crunch. Can be added to salads, yogurt, smoothies or can be eaten right off the spoon.Figs are rich in nutrients, polyphenolic compounds and dietary fiber.
Take 1 teaspoon 1 to 3 times per day or as directed by your Health Care Practitioner.
