Recommended use:
- Increase your intake slowly to 2-3 table-spoons (15ml) of MCT oil per day. Start with 2 times a small (5ml) spoon a day. Increase day by day to 2-3 tablespoons.
- Thanks to its subtle vanilla taste it’s a treat to take a spoon full of it. If you wish, it can also be a great addition to your bulletproof coffee, shakes, salads or more. Do not heat above 120oC.
- The timing of taking MCT oil might be just as important as the type of Medium Chain fatty acid you take. On an empty stomach, without a meal, the ketone impact is roughly three times higher compared to when MCTs are being consumed with a meal.
